Togno Labs S.A. provides professional consulting, software development and automation services. Given the bespoke nature of that work, refunds are not automatically guaranteed.

Review criteria
Refund requests are assessed individually, considering:
- The contracted scope.
- Work already performed.
- Deliverables provided.
- The specific circumstances of the project.

Exclusion
No refunds are granted for services that have been fully performed or delivered.

Requesting a refund
Process and requirements
Requests must be submitted in writing to info@togno.co and must include:
- Client name — the person or entity holding the contract.
- Contract date — when the project or service began.
- Service description — contracted scope and expected deliverables.
- Reason — a detailed justification for the request.

Resolution
Togno Labs S.A. reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests according to the circumstances of each case. The decision is communicated by email.
