School
$1,500 / year

For a school that has run the baseline and now has to keep it true as regulation and tools keep moving.

  • Your governance site, built and kept current — on your own server, nothing hosted by us
  • A resident delivery agent in a sandbox account you provide — no access beyond it
  • Maintained AI signatures — the list decays fast
  • Signed package delivery — verified before anything is applied
  • Your registers and policy kept in step as versions change
  • Year 1 governance calendar — review dates and cadence
  • Six-month re-baseline — all three axes
  • Four scheduled releases a year, plus one whenever your policy version changes
Every release signed by a named person before it goes live. Nothing auto-publishes.

And Implementation, priced on a call

The Review answers where do we stand on both axes, and what does the quadrant mean here. Implementation — 12 weeks, five phases — answers that and then builds it with you: training delivered, the approval workflow run on tools you actually depend on, incident logging activated, and a named owner inside the school by the last day.

Both measure both axes. We do not sell one on its own — the finding is the quadrant, and a quadrant needs both. Compare them → · the Review is credited in full against Implementation, so nothing is repeated or re-charged if you move up.

Prices in USD. Networks and districts — talk to us; multi-school pricing is quoted per engagement.

Why the free tier is this generous. The assessment is not the hard part — interpreting it, keeping it current, and saying the uncomfortable thing to a board are. We would rather you run the baseline and find out you can do it yourself than pay us to discover that.

Questions people actually ask

Is the free tier a trial?

No. The self-check, the exposure scan and the full kit are free permanently, with no time limit and no card. If you never buy anything, you still get a defensible baseline.

Why is School marked “Coming”?

Because it is not finished, and we will not take money for something that does not work yet. What it will be: your governance site — policy, baseline, registers, operating cadence — built and kept current on your own server, in a sandbox account you provide. Nothing is hosted by us and your material never leaves your infrastructure. Four scheduled releases a year, plus one whenever your policy changes version, and every release signed by a named person before it goes live. Exit is one action: close the account, and everything keeps running, because it was always yours. Join the list and you will hear when it is ready — nothing else.

What can we genuinely not do ourselves?

Three things, and not because we withhold them. A school cannot credibly audit its own evidence — that is a conflict of interest, not a skill gap. Nobody internal can facilitate a session about staff fear of leadership. And a subordinate cannot deliver a finding about a missing control to their own board. Everything else in the kit you can run alone.

What does “from $7,500” depend on?

Size, number of sites, how much evidence already exists, and whether sessions are in person. We scope it on a call and quote a fixed fee. No hourly billing.

Do you take our data?

The self-check and the exposure scan run entirely in your browser and upload nothing. For a Baseline Review we ask for the computed outputs and the evidence documents — not your raw survey responses, and never your free-text answers, which stay with you.

Is this legal advice?

No. These are operational governance tools. Jurisdiction-specific obligations are for your data protection officer or legal counsel, and the materials say so wherever it matters.
