By project close, the Client will have:

- DPO/IT/legal review windows within agreed timeline

8 — Fees & Payment Terms

9 — Change Control
Any scope changes require a written change order defining: additional deliverables, timeline changes, fee adjustments, and approval signatures from both parties before work commences.
10 — Data Protection, Confidentiality, and Legal Notice
Legal Notice: Governance templates and all deliverables produced under this engagement are operational implementation supports. They do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. The Client retains independent legal responsibility for compliance with applicable law.
- Client owns all final policy/governance artifacts upon final payment.
- Provider handles all data per contract terms and applicable regulation.
- Confidentiality obligations survive project completion.
11 — Success Markers (First 90 Days)
- Policy published at school-owned URL
- Governance panel active and meeting on cadence
- ≥80% staff complete role-based training
- Incident register workflow active
- At least 2 AI tools evaluated through the formal approval framework
